The Cabernet Franc is sourced from a single block on the south end of the vineyard. Its aromas are nuanced and composed of lilac, black currant and pipe tobacco. On the palate, flavors of raspberry, dry herbs and baking spices are evident. The mouthfeel is lively and balanced, making it well suited for enjoying on its own or paired with roasted pork loin, duck and grilled vegetables.
