Upcoming Sip & Learn Class
Come to the Dark Side:
What a perfect wine class for October: exploring dark, mysterious, and brooding wines!
Join us for a spooky fun evening learning about the different varietals that give us those dark, inky wines!
We’ll spend some time explaining each varietal, discussing its characteristics, and what makes them uniquely dark. We’ll taste 8 different wines and will be comparing and contrasting these different grape varietals:
- Charbono
- Petite Sirah
- Petit Verdot
- Zinfandel
- and 4 different Dark Blends!
This event will take place in Omaha Wine Company’s classroom, which can seat 28 people. If you have another couple or group you would like to be seated with, please email or call and let us know, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Add a Charcuterie Plate to your tasting!
You have the option of adding a charcuterie plate to your tasting! We have partnered with Grapes + Gouda, a local small business, to provide charcuterie plates that will complement the wines you are tasting. The charcuterie plates must be pre-ordered! We will not have extra plates at the class, since these are made-to-order and will be delivered shortly before class time. You may choose from the following options:
Single Charcuterie plate, $12
Double Charcuterie plate, $17 (perfect for couples)
