This wine is a deep, rich color with aromas and flavors of red and dark fruits, subtle spices and hints of vanilla; a full-bodied wine, vibrant and complex, with great structure, integrated tannins, a balanced mouthfeel, and long finish. This is a powerful wine that will be hedonistic in its youth and elegantly layered with age!Crafted exclusively for the Omaha Wine Company, this is an authentic hand-produced, classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is 100% Cabernet, sourced from two high-end St. Helena vineyards and an Oak Knoll vineyard. Expertly made and blended by the iconic Tom Rinaldi, this wine was aged almost 2 years in extra fine, 3-yr air-dried French Oak barrels. The very dark color is attributable to extended maceration and a significant bleed during cold soak, adding concentration and density.This is a one-of-a-kind, never to be repeated wine available only at OWC! Only 25 cases were produced, so when it’s gone, it’s gone!
