In 2016, we created this wine for our friends and former partners, the Hitchcocks. It became a favorite around here, and we are even more excited about the 2017 version of this ode to JoeBob and Lily. “There is a lot going on in here!” is a direct quote from Les as he peered into the glass during our tasting last month. With black fruits, chocolate-covered cherries, mocha and spice, the earthy, cedar-like notes add depth and character. It is structured and intense and has nice long savory finish, to boot!
