A Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, the 2015 Proprietary Red is very deep purple-black in color with a mocha, cedar and toast-scented nose over a core of baked plums, black currant cordial, dark chocolate and spice box notions. Medium to full-bodied and with a very firm, taut and muscular palate, it offers savory notions on the finish.
