Patent Wines

You know and love their Pellet wines, and now we are also proud to offer the newest project from Tom Rinaldi and Eric Risch: Patent Wines! 

OWC has a long-standing friendship with Tom Rinaldi and Eric Risch, Winemaking Director. The two have attended many of our Open House events and we’ve swapped stories over meals and many bottles of wine. At the 2022 Open House, the energy surrounding these new wines was electric all day long! We’re proud to showcase the rich and bold flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, the bright and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, and the round and fruity rosé.
