Ancien Wines

Ancien’s quest to make exquisite Pinot Noir began in 1992 when they first harvested two tons of pinot grapes from four rows of vines in Carneros. Dedicated to unearthing special plots of land, Ancien took the unique approach to custom plant their vineyards in partnership with small farmers. Now, from sites in Carneros, Coombsville, Russian River, Sonoma Mountain, Willamette Valley, and Santa Rita Hills, Ancien produces beautiful expressions of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris, among other varietals.

Michelle and Hasan had a wonderful experience tasting through the Ancien library with Co-Founder and Winemaker, Ken Bernard; they knew the wines would fit in well at OWC! It is our pleasure to have introduced, and continue to offer, a wide array of Ancien single vineyard wines to our community.
