Usually considered a blending grape, our new row of Petit Verdot was so compelling we just had to bottle it on its own. The complex aromas have elements of boysenberry, cigar box and graphite. The tannins are rich and bold and are complemented with flavors of blueberry jam, toasted oak and spice. This will pair great with mushroom soup, beef carpaccio and grilled steaks.
