Each vintage, we perform a rigorous barrel selection tasting from our Cabernets, three separate times – every round eliminating barrels. What remains at the end of this process becomes our premium 3D Cabernet wine. Aromatically, hints of black olive, cigar box, espresso and huckleberry lead into a layered and complex palate. The labyrinth of flavors continues with an undoubtedly seamless quality, chalky tannins and great length on the back end. Finishing strong, hints of cedar and dark chocolate linger.
