Three varietals blend to form a cohesive whole of complex structure and grace. Aromas of red and dark berries are intermixed with hints of savory sage, cedar, clove, cigar box, graphite, and tobacco leaf. On the palate, supple, juicy, and approachable layers of red cherry, blackberry, and plum provide a foundation of fruit augmented by more subtle, complex notes of dried herbs, nutmeg, baker’s chocolate, and vanilla. Soft and smooth tannins provide a demure and graceful structure to this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon.
