The 2016 Collector is a beautiful assemblage of four of the principle Bordeaux grape varieties. Structure and bright energy create a perfect foundation for the medley of earth, cedar, grilled meats, cassis and rose petals that rush from the glass. The mouthfeel is juicy, balanced and packed with black cherry, toffee and toasty oak, and all this wraps up in a lengthy mocha finish.
